• The client's original idea was to have a 3-island gasoline station with a water refilling station, office space, and a space for their family.

• However, the architect suggested a gas station, a commercial building for a mini-mart or restaurant, and a water refilling station.

• The second floor was designed as a private lounge for the family, complete with a storage area, bathroom, and pantry for private events and gatherings.

Design & Planning

The project started with an inspection of the area to determine its condition before proceeding to the planning stage.

• Ro.C Construction's team then created a complete design for the project, taking into consideration the client's original ideas and the architect's suggestions.
