Norily E. Dioneda, the CEO and owner of Ro.C Construction, is more than just a leader in the construction industry; she's a visionary driven by a passion for building a better future for the Philippines. With over 30 years of experience under her belt, Norily's journey began not at the top, but with a spark of ambition at a local startup construction firm.

Starting as a treasurer, she quickly climbed the ranks, fueled by her sharp mind and dedication. Finance manager, operations manager – each step honed her understanding of diverse projects, from hospitals and subdivisions to commercial buildings and government structures. She gained not only expertise but also invaluable connections within the Bicol region, solidifying her understanding of the industry's needs and potential.

But Norily's ambition soared beyond individual success. She envisioned a company that would make quality construction accessible and affordable for all Filipinos. This vision, along with her decades of experience and leadership skills, became the foundation of Ro.C Construction in 2023.

Today, Norily leads a team united by her vision and family ties. Her daughter, Cas, the architect, and son, Bon, the civil engineer, bring their expertise to the table, creating a synergy of talent and shared passion. Yet, Norily understands that family goes beyond blood. She fosters a collaborative environment where every member, regardless of background, is valued and empowered to contribute their unique skills.
