Our story began with the unwavering dedication of Norily E. Dioneda, whose 30+ years of experience in the industry ignited the spark for Ro.C Construction. Her journey, from treasurer to operations manager, instilled in her a deep understanding of diverse projects, from hospitals to commercial buildings, forging strong connections within the community.

But Norily's vision extended beyond individual success. She envisioned a company where families could find their dream spaces, businesses could thrive, and communities could prosper. This vision became the cornerstone of Ro.C Construction, attracting the expertise of her children: Cas, the architect, whose designs breathe life into spaces, and Bon, the civil engineer, whose calculations ensure the strength of every dream.

Together, they form a team united by purpose, not just blood. Each member brings over 50 years of combined experience, local and international, ensuring every project receives the attention and expertise it deserves. Years ago, Norily's journey began with a spark of ambition. Climbing the ladder from treasurer to finance manager and then operations manager, she gained invaluable hands-on experience across diverse projects – hospitals, subdivisions, commercial buildings, and government structures. Each project honed her skills, forging connections within the business community and solidifying her vision.

Fueled by this vision, Norily established Ro.C Construction in 2023. Around her, the family rallied. Daughter Cas, a licensed architect, brought her design expertise, while son Bon, a skilled civil engineer, added his technical prowess. Though diverse paths may beckon in the future, their dedication to the family's shared dream binds them together.

Today, Ro.C Construction stands as a testament to their combined passion. With over 20 years of collective experience, their team delivers world-class services, prioritizing affordability to empower Filipino communities.
